By using PathCrafter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PathCrafter is an AI-powered trip planning tool for overlanders. It generates route plans, campground suggestions, and weather context based on information you provide. Trip plans are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. Always verify conditions, road access, and campground availability before departure. PathCrafter is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that degrade availability for other users. Rate limits are enforced to ensure fair access.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
PathCrafter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated trip plans.
